Accessibility
Our commitment to an inclusive experience
Elevatme is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
- Text has a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against its background.
- Every interactive control (buttons, links, form fields) is reachable by keyboard and has a visible focus indicator.
- Images that convey information have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked as such.
- Forms use associated labels,
aria-requiredannotations, andautocompleteattributes for assistive technologies. - Our animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionOS setting. - Dialogs and modals trap focus and restore focus to the triggering element on close.
Known limitations
We are actively improving the following areas and welcome feedback:
- Third-party embeds (payment widgets, analytics consent) may not fully meet our internal accessibility bar — we track and escalate vendor issues as they surface.
- Some older blog posts predate our accessibility review and may contain images without descriptive alt text. We fix these on report.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you encounter content or functionality on our site that is not accessible, please let us know. We treat accessibility reports with the same priority as security reports.
- Email: accessibility@elevatme.com
- General contact: Contact form
Please describe the issue, the page URL, and (if possible) the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
